They promptly sent me an RMA and took the part back. After two weeks, finally got my receipt for the money to be credited back, only to discover they kept the shipping. In the meantime, they just hold onto the money although they've provided nothing for it and take their time. Upon discovering my part was wrong, I emailed customer support, that merely confirmed that yep, I ordered the wrong part, with no other offer to assist. Something I really do not appreciate.
