Business Owners are a main focus of my business. 1.3K likes. I called fedex and Ecompass hasn’t even called them to schedule a pick up! Last week, three months after my purchase attempt (!! My credit card was charged but item never arrived. It was my mistake and they did a great job. Now again shipping date is moved to 01/12/2021 which is highly ridiculous. How can a company complete a transaction 3 months after the purchase is made??? No B.S., just a good honest business and they're earned my business. I paid for TK refrigerator parts to be sent overnight to me in 11/26. I tried to explain to no avail.Seems like I am just being told whatever until I go away.Update: I received the credit. Thanks to the rep who called for a very courteous and helpful response. Ordered 3 replacement parts for an LG microwave on 8/3/20. and because my card wasn't charged in July I just let it go. Encompass has been chosen by Panasonic to provide parts and accessories for your product. This was fine, but only after the month passed was I contacted and informed that there was an issue with my credit card and that my order would be cancelled in 24 hours.I was given a phone number to call, but it was either busy, I spent hours on hold, or it was closed.To this date weeks later I have not been able to speak to anyone by phone, so my order was cancelled. I was using it between those times.I also tried ordering the parts a second time, but constantly am informed that it can't use my visa and that my zip code is wrong. BTW, they had to order my correct part and it was never received by them. Absolutely terrible experience we do not recommend Encompass. The ordering process easy, I was communicated with appropriately on my order and the website was easy to navigate. This information worked previously and the site is set up for Canadian orders.I would talk to someone on the phone about it, but I still can't contact anyone.Update: I was finally able to get through on the phone by calling all afternoon and reorder my parts. While meeting all the requirements to be fully compliant, Encompass Recovery Group has been able to maintain their outstanding A rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Tried to cancel my order because I do not need the parts anymore. I would have to buy the whole damn thing again just to get the earbuds. Will never pay for insurance through this company again. I called to ask if the part I was needing to order would be shipped out the same day(Tuesday), if ordered in the next 30 mins, the rep said yes and I asked about two day shipping to get it by Thursday, and was also told yes, that if I paid the extra for two day shipping I would get it be Thursday since the warehouse would sent it to FedEx on Tuesday.
